South African media personality, Somizi Mhlongo has mocked his marriage again with Mohale. The media personality who is currently embroiled in a nasty divorce saga with his estranged husband Mohale Motaung, has shared that he would like to get married again.
He revealed this on the latest episode of his hit reality show Living The Dream with Somizi Season 5. In the episode, Vusi Nova had taken Somizi to Sculpt in Sandton, for a spa treatment where he got a glow drip treatment and he spoiled him with a birthday gift.
Somizi thanked him for a post he shared on his social media on his birthday back in December 2021. The Ndikuthandile hitmaker shared a video of him and Somizi looking cozy as Somizi sat on his lap.
The video fueled romance rumors once again between the two. Somizi and Vusi are no stranger to relationship rumors. Social media users often speculate that they are secretly dating. If they don’t accuse them of being in a relationship, then they are speculating about Vusi’s sexuality. Somizi said the video was “raunchy,” but Vusi disputed that.
Vusi said he wouldn’t have posted his friend on his birthday, and said they no longer entertain the rumours now. Somizi went on to open up about being depressed. He relayed a story where he had to leave early, because he was going through a lot. It seemed at the time he was with Vusi.
“Honestly, I was justified this year to commit suicide with things that I have been through.” he said. Vusi asked him if 2021 was the worst year in his life, he said it was not because there was a time a couple of years ago where we went broke.
Somizi’s life took a turn for the worst in 2021, after Mohale’s shocking abuse allegations. Mohale accused Somizi of being abusive, and alleged that on another occasion, Somizi allegedly pulled a knife out and said he wanted to stab him. “I took my keys and walked out, he took a knife. I was about to exit, so he said to me, ‘if you exit… I’m going to kill us both.’
So I took my keys and ran. He grabbed the knife and said ‘if you walk out, I’m going to stab you.’ Now I see a different person. I was sh*t scared and walked back into the house. He said ‘let’s talk.’ He cried and we moved on,” he told the publication
